Admission Procedure

At Grace Global School, admissions are open to students of all communities, strictly based on merit, eligibility, and age criteria as prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) norms. The admission process is transparent, child-friendly, and designed to ensure a smooth transition for both parents and students.

Step-by-Step Admission Process

Parents can visit the school office or contact the admission department through phone or email to get detailed information about the courses, facilities, and fee structure.

A counseling session is arranged to help parents understand the school’s curriculum, teaching approach, and values.
  • The Application Form can be collected from the school office or downloaded from the official school website.
  • Fill in all required details carefully and attach the necessary documents mentioned below.
  • Submit the completed form at the school office within the given time.
  • For Pre-KG to Grade I, admission is granted through a personal interaction with the child and parents.
  • For Grades II and above, students may be required to take a basic skill assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge to understand their learning level.
  • The school’s academic team will evaluate the child’s readiness and recommend suitable placement.
  • Orientation program for students and parents.
  • Introduction to school rules, curriculum, and facilities.
  • Formal welcome into the Grace Global School community.

Documents Required for Admission

Parents are requested to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

For Pre-KG, LKG & UKG

  • Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  • Passport-size photographs (3 of the student + 1 each of parents/guardians)
  • Aadhar Card copy of the student & parents
  • Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered practitioner
  • Proof of residence (Ration card / EB Bill / Rental agreement)

For Grade I & Above

  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school
  • Report Card / Progress Card of the last attended class
  • Birth Certificate (for age proof)
  • Aadhar Card copies (student and parents)
  • Passport-size photographs (3 of student + 1 each of parents)
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Address Proof & Parent ID proof
All documents must be submitted in original for verification and photocopies for school records.

Pre-KG 2½ years and above
LKG 3 years and above
UKG 4 years and above
Grade I 5 years and above

(Proof of age: Birth Certificate issued by a recognized authority is mandatory.)

Fee Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Fee Payment

  • Fee can be paid term-wise or annually at the school office or through QR code / online payment mode.
  • Receipts will be issued immediately after payment.
  • Late payments beyond the due date will attract a fine as per school policy.

Withdrawal / Transfer Certificate

  • Parents seeking withdrawal must submit a written request at least one month in advance.
  • Transfer Certificates will be issued only after all dues are cleared and books or school property (if any) are returned.
  • In case of mid-term withdrawal, term fees already paid are non-refundable.
